Cases for iPod touch
PARAT Solutions recommends the following hardshell cases. Lightweight, and extremely durable, these
are the only cases to have been verified for use with the PARASYNC dock.
Please note: cases must be on when used with the dock. The use of an unsheathed iPod in a PARASYNC
created for the recommended case is not supported.

Why must I use your recommended case?
These cases have been verified by PARAT Solutions with three primary considerations in mind:
Case Thickness
The device requires enough tolerance that it can easily glide in the slot, but can’t have so much slack that it
doesn’t automatically line up with the pin. It also can’t be too snug, either. This will cause the operator to
apply more pressure which can increase the likelihood of damaging the device.
Bottom Clearance
There is sufficient clearance at the bottom of the case so that the device can connect cleanly with the dock’s
pin connector.
Friction
The hardshell polycarbonate material glides into PARASYNC's slots nicely. Silicone and leather cases “grip”
at the plastic support insert, which inherently results in the typical user reaction of pressing harder.
* The use of an unsupported case in the PARASYNC dock can void the warranty. The use of an unsheathed
iPod in the PARASYNC dock configured for the case is unsupported.
